The [Premium Course] is the highest quality meat bar course available in Funabashi.The 12 dishes include a luxurious assortment of original rich cheese and prosciutto, and roast beef flavored with herbs and spices, all of which bring out the full flavor of the ingredients.Another attraction is the selection of meat dishes, such as lean horse meat carpaccio and juicy rib-eye steak made from specially selected Wagyu beef.
